We’re three nurses. Not business moguls. Not suits. Just three friends who spent years working shoulder-to-shoulder in hospitals, aged care facilities, and home care settings. We shared double shifts, midnight coffees, heartbreaking losses, and moments that reminded us why we chose this profession.
We knew the system needed a shift — not just for those receiving care, but for the people providing it.
That’s when we joined forces with a long-time friend and Business Consultant with a knack for solving real-world problems through smart systems. Together, we saw an opportunity: to build something different. Something better.
Too many facilities were left understaffed. Too many amazing nurses were overworked and undervalued. And too often, the people who needed care the most were the ones missing out.
So, we decided to change that — not with a big corporation, but with a small, focused agency built on empathy, integrity, and action.
That’s how Rhythm Workforce was born.
